Lenny at the front desk was amazing in helping us sort out a complicated travel problem. She didn’t know us and was very busy with the primary parts of her job, but she worked tirelessly all afternoon to solve a problem caused by the local Budget rental car manager. She understood how desperate we were to find a way to get our family of six to our next destination despite Budget refusing to honor our car reservation. She even called Budget to report the problem and seek a resolution. In the end, she found a way that we could travel safely despite not having the car we were promised. I hope there is some way you can commend her kindness and resourcefulness—smart and sympathetic equals a very valuable resource! She is truly one of a kind and our family will look forward to finding another Aparthotel because Lenny created or loyalty for us to Adagio of Freiburg.

Very clean and very clever setup of a room with kitchenette. We had a room with twin beds, where the couch was made into a bed. The mattress on the couch was very hard (harder than the one on the bed) and the pillows were pretty low quality (clumped up), but still comfortable enough for a very pleasant stay. The Strassenbahn stop to go downtown/main train station is a 4-5 minutes walk away, so the location is very convenient. Not too much around the hotel, a few restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy, but center city is just a few stops away..

The studio was perfect for a one week stay. It's located in a very quiet and modern area, with a mall around the corner and lots of nice cafés and restaurants. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center and there are buses just nearby. The studio was clean and comfy. The kitchen is small but equipped to cook small meals. For me, the only thing missing was a kettle. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely come back!

Staff great especially the Receptionist when we first arrived, very helpful and welcoming. Tram stop just over the road from the hotel and nearby are restaurants and a supermarket plus only 10 minutes into the centre of lovely Freiburg. Room comfy, clean - bed could have been more comfortable but didn’t realise it was a pull-down bed to make a sofa until the 3rd day!

We didn't take breakfast because there are a small kitchen and we enjoyed the morning time of making it on our own. The view was nice, place was quite, not far from the centre by tram.
